Change is needed if we wish to make the world work for 100% of humanity. Change in mind and heart, change in deeds. Soul.com is dedicated to empowering people and organisations who wish to reshape the world through meaningful work.
For this purpose, we have developed a systematic training programme that helps people to learn how to make their work and their lives more meaningful. This programme is called “Agents of Change”. It can be offered either as part of a formal training course within an organisation or as a space for like-minded people who are interested to learn together about the particular subject.

Structure of the programme
The “Agents of Change” programme consists of various magazines each dedicated to a particular theme. Each magazine consists of multiple study and reflection sessions. Between each session, participants take individual initiative in order to translate their new insights into action. The sessions are facilitated by accredited soul.com facilitators. The themes are as follows:
- Magazine #1: being an agent of change (6 sessions)
- Magazine #2: making work more meaningful (8 sessions)
- Magazine #3: promoting cooperation at work (8 sessions – released in 2023)
- Magazine #4: becoming a learning organisation (12 sessions- released in 2023)
- Magazine #5: addressing racial inequity (16 sessions)
- Magazine #6: establishing gender equality (16 sessions – released in 2023)

real change comes from within
Behaviour and convictions are personal and cannot be forced upon people through policies and rules. Real change comes when people raise their awareness and start to think differently about a particular subject. We call this creating a new mind. This happens when people have meaningful conversations with each other and translate their insights into action.
When more and more people start to think and act differently in an organisation, we speak of creating a movement. This makes it possible to create new models, such as formulate appropriate policies, structures and processes in the organisation that reflect this awareness in a systematic manner. Change has become embedded as part of the culture.
The Agents of Change programme is the driving force in creating a new mind, a movement and new models. It brings about a deep change from within which is lasting and sustainable.
action-based learning
Action-based learning or action-based research has proven an excellent methodology in solving complex and uncertain situations. Reshaping the world through meaningful work is such a reality. The Agents of Change programme is an “action-based learning” programme. First, the participants study a particular theme or capacity together and then immediately apply these insights to the workplace. They then come together again to reflect upon their actions and learn from each other. In this way, the impact is made from the start, knowledge is being tested through experience, and actions are adjusted to the reality of the organisation.
systemic change
Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive an official certificate for their participation. Moreover, if they desire, they can be trained as facilitators of the programme so that they themselves can offer the programme to a growing number of their colleagues or friends. In this way, ownership and impact will increase within the organisation or in one’s environment. If you wish to be trained as a facilitator of the Agents of Change programme, please click on the button below.
outcome and results
Upon completion of each course program participants will have an increased understanding of the theme and how they can constructively contribute in this area. More importantly, a systematic learning process has been set into motion that will continue to grow in strength and steadily change the organisation or work environment, thus reshaping the world.
costs and conditions
The participation fee varies depending on the length of the course and location. In principle, the fee consists of the printing of the magazine, the facilitation costs, and logistical arrangements, if any.
