The soul of your organisation inspires people and gives meaning to their work. It gives clarity and direction to the company’s strategies and operations. A community is a soul driven organisation. It is only through our actions that our soul speaks. When our actions are guided by the soul of the company, we are creating a new organisation that shapes the world and develops ourselves.
How does it work?
Finding the Soul is a two day workshop. It brings as many and as diverse people throughout the company together to find the soul.
Day 1 is used to identify the shared values of the organisation by having the participants share personal stories and experiences in the company. These stories are elevated to timeless principles and values, thus formulating a collective real culture that fosters unity.
Day 2 is dedicated towards identifying the volition and purpose of you organisation. When does the organisation flourish? When are the people full with energy and happiness? What kind of behavior fosters that reality? We also clarify the purpose of the organisation at three different levels: transactional, relational, and systemic.
The outcome of the Finding the Soul workshop is a manifesto or a statement about the soul of your company. Together with the results of the Building a Vision of Hope workshop it can be documented in one statement called the “Charter of the Company”.
